The Empire Bingo Club in Hawes Side Lane, Blackpool, has now closed permanently with the building. The building dates back to 1929 and has now been earmarked for demolition. Owners and staff have spoken of their dismay at the decision, but say it is the right time to pull the curtain down at the venue which started life as a cinema and employed. Games #6-7 and 8 are all played on a grey card. Game 6 is “one line the hard way” with a $150.00 prize. Once won you carry on with game 7 which is the “Crazy L” with a $150.00 prize. Once we have a winner on the “crazy L” the game is closed and you carry on to game 8 – The full Card which is the Jackpot.
The Jackpot can be won in 50 numbers or less. The jackpot increases by $100.00 every week until won. If there is no winner after 50 numbers, you play for the consolation prize of $500.00.
